Return Process

  Log into your Fragman account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original box, ensuring the protective seal is intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
